Very spacious room, I was impressed. The bed was very creeky. The shampoo bottle was empty. Very kid friendly hotel. Appreciate the water bottle full stations. Smitty's attached makes for a good breakfast option. At the front desk, no service with a smile.
The stay was great. Complimentary smittys breakfast, rooms were huge with lots of extra seating. Shower was meh and there was no room cleaning which I was shocked by. Overall good stay otherwise.
Great staff and service. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Very pet friendly. They have a water bottle fill station just beside the elevator. There is a Smitty's attached so there is no free breakfast but they give you a $5 coupon per person to Smitty's. We didn't try the pool but it was very busy and looked like people were having fun. The mattress and pillows were the only negative. The pillows were thin and mattress was way too hard. We have a king suite which was very big.
The room was big, seriously, I could have fit my whole family in there comfortably. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable stay.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada. I had requested a last-minute room decoration for my husband's birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it a special day for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and my husband was completely surprised. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making his birthday so memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our request on short notice truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back and recommend.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here. Rented the family suite and it was awesome! Lots of room for the girls. Very spacious. Clean. Only thing that was annoying - no keys for the pool were working so you had to go to the front desk and get them to let you in. But it didn’t put a damper on our stay.
